Luxurious Pool Villa in Countryside Surroundings

The “Tropical Paradise Garden” offers exclusive features that you will hardly find in any other project. From your terrace, you step directly into the large, tropical garden without having to cross a street beforehand.

Power and water lines are laid underground and do not interfere. The city water is stored in a large tank system (approx. 60 cubic meters) and filtered and pumped to the houses. The water supply is very good, even during the dry season.

The common facilities have all been created. The large garden was planted in 2009 and has grown beautifully. The shared pool with a length of 20 m invites you to swim.

​The separate, internal ring road gives access to the individual villas, which all have their own carport. For security reasons and especially to keep stray dogs away, the entire resort is surrounded by a wall; the entrance is provided with an electric gate. However, individual villas are not separated from each other by walls. This creates a spacious, beautifully landscaped tropical garden that is available to all owners and allows free access to the central pool. Don’t worry, no stressful gardening awaits you. The employed gardeners take care of the gardens for everyone, so that everything is in order even when the owner is absent.

Villa

The villa is designed in a modern Thai style and designed so that they blend well into the hilly landscape. During the design, care was taken to ensure that the living room area was ventilated from several sides, which significantly reduced the electricity costs for air conditioning. The wind blows mostly from the east or west every day. In the living area, the ceilings are drawn up to the ridge area, so that a large room height is created. Ceiling fans were installed everywhere. A towering roof covers the large terraces and provides enough shade to linger.

The dome in the living/dining room is made of beautiful wood. The two terraces offer plenty of space to relax and have a wonderful view of the tropical garden and the surrounding hills of Khao Tao. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. mosquito screens have been installed everywhere. The master bathroom is very generously designed and has been luxuriously equipped with a double washbasin on a granite cover, a bathtub, and two large fitted wardrobes. The other two bathrooms are also well maintained and equipped with high-quality materials. The red, modern kitchen is spacious, including a dishwasher.

The residence is finished with 13 villas, located in the lovely Khao Tao community, about 15 km south of the center of Hua Hin.
